Promoting cooperation at local levels is also one priority of ACC’s work. ACC would like to enhance ties with GZASS, explore ways to deepen cooperation and jointly contribute to the lifting of the ASEAN-China strategic partnership to a higher level.
Director Wu Qing briefed that as the only comprehensive research institution on humanities and social science in Guangzhou, GZASS is also the executive body of the Asia-Pacific Office of METROPOLIS. It is working actively to initiate the global research network on urbanology and is committed to build itself as a new urbanology think tank with international influence and reputation.
